The company has been named as the Large Housebuilder of the year. The awards were judged by a team of property experts, the homebuilder has been able to showcase their thoughtful approach to place making, house design and their community orientated approach when building new homes.
As well as being given this coveted award, Countryside has been recognised for their exceptional design which can be found at Great Kneighton in Cambridge. The company has done very well to be named as the Large Housebuilder of the Year, which as a highly competitive category. The company’s Windham house design is available at Abode and is a part of the wider Great Kneighton development which has also been celebrated with the award of the Best House Design for three storeys or fewer.
The Housebuilder Awards took place at the InterContinental Hotel at the O2 in London on the 2nd November. The event had more than 500 guests in attendance, and is supported by the National House Building Council and the Homebuilders Federation. The awards scheme looks to focus on companies that build more than 500 homes a year and can display their commitment to innovation, improvement and excellence.
