Birmingham City Council is seeking to sell four more properties in Bond Wolfe’s livestreamed auction on Wednesday 11 December.
Two potential development plots, a small retail unit and an advertising hoarding comprise the handful of lots going under the hammer.
The largest is a rectangular parcel of land off Coleshill Road in Birmingham, measuring 4,089 sqm (44,013 sq ft) and listed with a guide price* of £400,000+ in the auction.
With a variety of potential uses, the land is accessed between 14 and 18 Coleshill Road and is being sold freehold subject to any existing rights of way.
The other potential development plot is land fronting Queensbridge Road, in Birmingham, listed at £450,000+.
Again, it may be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to the necessary planning permission.
An irregular parcel of land, approximately 2,254 sqm (22,462 sq ft) it sits opposite 98 Queensbridge Road, and is also being sold subject to any existing rights of way.

Also listed is 1C Walford Road, Sparkbrook, Birmingham, which is a freehold single storey retail investment opportunity which is let from April 2001 on a full repairing and insuring lease on an annual rental of £5,000. It has a guide price of £125,000+.
Land with an advertising hoarding, at 400-404 Stratford Road, Birmingham, is listed with a guide price of £75,000+.
The hoarding measures 495 sq ft and generates a gross income of £2,500 per annum. It sits on the corner of the A34 Stratford Road and the A41 Warwick Road, in a mixed area of homes and commercial properties.
The freehold is being sold subject to the existing lease from June 1983.
