Arlington Interiors Ltd, the kitchen design studio that operates out of Leeds has announced that they will be relocating to a brand new showroom as part of plans for expansion. The company will have their showroom premises in Farsley, which is located between Leeds and Bradford,
The company has been trading on their existing premises in Limewood Road in Seacroft for more than 13 years and have decided to move to the Sunny Bank Mills complex. Haley Reid is the Head Designer at Arlington Interiors Ltd and has said that the company could not pass up the chance to move into a unit in the old textile mill, as it provided a great deal of opportunities for the company.
Sunny Bank Mills has been owned by the Gaunt family since 1917. This mill complex has been used in the past as a set for the filming of popular TV shows such as Emmerdale and Heartbeat. The mill has been through a multi-million-pound regeneration project in order to turn the site into a base for a number of different artistic and creative businesses.
When the move is complete, Arlington Interiors will be located in the centre of a retail wing of the mill complex. The company will display eleven kitchens that they stock by Kuhlmann and Sheraton with a range of appliances from Miele, Siemens and Neff. The company will also display their range of sinks and taps by Zip, Quooker and Caple as well as worktops from Silestone, Dekton and Corian.
The building has been developed to the highest quality possible and it will be the perfect forward thinking location for the chic kitchen design studio. The company will be moving into Sunny Bank Mills before Christmas and there are plans for an official opening weekend event in early February.
