The appointment of Bristol Real Estate specialist, Kate Topp, into its Property Team, will strengthen the firm’s Real Estate Team, boosting its residential development offering.
Kate is a leading residential development lawyer and former real estate Partner at Bristol law firm Osborne Clarke, who will bring to Ashfords a wealth of experience after she assisted a number of major housebuilders clients, advising on the development of strategic land, both regionally and nationally.
