Donna first established Project (EU) Ltd more than fifteen years ago and it is great to see how far the business has developed since under Donna’s leadership. Donna initially wanted her team to consist of experts that could offer their clients an unrivalled wealth of knowledge and expertise. The company is a niche IT business; however they work for a number of some of the largest rail and construction organisations in the UK.
As a part of the company set up, Donna wanted to ensure that everyone working on her team at the business was involved in their own client project as well as increasing the scope of possibilities for her senior consultants and developers. The company has also been formed in a way that allows for the more junior members of the team to get excited about their work and gain experience developing a range of innovative solutions.
