The well established privately owned construction company, J Tomlinson has begun work on an industrial development which could see the creation of dozens of jobs in the Midlands. The work is taking place in partnership with Goold Estates, who acquired the previously empty site in September of 2016.
The warehouses and industrial development is thought to be in a key Midlands development, which is expected to generate 70,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space. The development is taking place near to the Tata Steel Automotive Centre. The industrial units will also have easy access to the road network as the Goold site is 4.6 mile away from the M6 at J10 and 4 miles south of the M54 at J1.
