The leading online property finance lender in the UK, LendInvest has announced that it is launching the LendInvest Property Development Academy. The Academy will be opened in four different locations around the country. These Academies will be opened in four different key cities because of the demand for the London & Southeast courses.
The LendInvest Property and Development Academy have added three more sessions to the London and Southeast areas the company has expanded and are now offering sessions in Manchester on the 25th and 26th May, Edinburgh on the 22nd and 23rd June, Birmingham on the 7th and 8th September and Bristol on the 9th and 10th of November. It has been announced that the courses in London are already filled for the rest of this year, but applications are open for the other regional dates.
The LendInvest course is a non-profit course lasts for two days and is free but selective for those who wish to attend. The first course that was put on by the online property lender in 2016 was ten times oversubscribed which shows that Lend Invest has hit on a successful market.
The CEO of LendInvest, Christian Faes has suggested that their academy could give developers advice and the tools they need in order to start of complete their projects in such a way that could be beneficial to the national housing crisis. The housing crisis can’t be fixed straight way a but through companies providing the information to help smaller developers could lead to a boost for the small scale housebuilding sector. This boost should lead to more houses being built.
Each course has been adapted in order to reflect the housing market and any issues specific to that region. The Academy course will be taught by industry specialists that are based in the local area so they will have their own anecdotal experience to draw on when teaching on the course.
