This investment has been put into Premier Training Centre. The training centre is a vocational college as well as a Birmingham Adult Education Service subcontractor. The centre has been set up in order to deliver full time education and apprenticeship courses for learners. Premier Training College offers course in construction, hair and barbering, childcare and early years, English functional skills and Health & Social Care.

It has been predicted that 200,000 new construction jobs will be required over the course of the next five years. The investment put in by companies such as M. Lambe Construction, Michael Lambe said last year, The Department for Education estimated that around 9,000 people who are aged between 16-24 living in the West Midlands were not considered to be in any form of education, employment or training.
