Barnwood Construction Limited has been the recipient of an awarded project worth a grand total of £13 million to work on an area of land in the Oxford Science Park. The company, which has its main headquarters in Gloucestershire, is very well equipped with the right know-how and experience to initiate the success of these developments. Indeed, Barnwood Construction Limited have already in the past conducted various projects for different clients in the South Eastern areas of the United Kingdom, including for the prestigious University of Surrey buildings. The building and construction contractor will be involved in the process of developing the Oxford Science Park’s new ”Plot 12” initiative, a 61,500 square foot structure that will be able to contain various laboratory space for scientific purposes.

Barnwood will also be heavily involved in the design and manufacture of a brand new roofed terrace for the building. Indeed, Mister Piers Grimshaw-Wright the MD of the Science Park in Oxford has expressed that they chose Barnwood because of the contractor company’s consistently impressive ability to be able to finish work on high quality projects in the area. As the structure will be listed as a Grade A site, it is therefore essential that the Barnwood team carry out their work and development on the project to the very best of their ability, and the company itself is evidently keen to rise to the occasion.

The MD of Barnwood Construction Limited, Simon Carey, has said that the company is pleased to have been commissioned for this particular job and is hopeful that Oxford Science Park will be the latest satisfied customer of Barnwood’s exceptional customer service skills and sterling organization skills. With a happy knack of being able to complete projects on time and with high customer satisfaction levels, Barnwood Construction Limited are pleased to announce their involvement on the project, one that will begin on the 20th of this month and end in March next year.
