Barnwood Construction Limited has been the recipient of an awarded project worth a grand total of £13 million to work on an area of land in the Oxford Science Park. The company, which has its main headquarters in Gloucestershire, is very well equipped with the right know-how and experience to initiate the success of these developments. The building and construction contractor will be involved in the process of developing the Oxford Science Park’s new ”Plot 12” initiative, a 61,500 square foot structure that will be able to contain various laboratory space for scientific purposes.
Barnwood will also be heavily involved in the design and manufacture of a brand new roofed terrace for the building. Indeed, Mister Piers Grimshaw-Wright the MD of the Science Park in Oxford has expressed that they chose Barnwood because of the contractor company’s consistently impressive ability to be able to finish work on high quality projects in the area.
