The Award of Distinction was given to the insulation manufacturer by one of the Irish organisations that has been certified for the longest with ISO9001, National Standards Authority of Ireland and IQNet, which is the International Certification Network. The certification that has been awarded to Quinn Lite Pac is recognised around the world and signifies a high standard of excellence.
The ISO certification was first given to Quinn Lite Pac in 1990, which reflects the high standards of their quality management systems. Quinn has therefore been certified for around 27 years. The company has been creating the EPS insulation to be used in the construction sector for over 40 years, first being established in 1975 before becoming a part of Quinn Building Products in 1994.
EPS insulation is in high demand at the moment as it offers a low energy building solution to be used effectively in the construction sector. This system can be used as a part of a rapid build, which could lead to it being vital as more and more projects look to meet the housing demand that has been created in recent years, being able to quickly construct and effectively insulate property will be really helpful going forward. Due to the increase in usage in comparison to more conventional PIR insulation it would seem that EPS insulation, like the product that is manufactured by Quinn Lite Pac is also more cost effective than traditional methods. Quinn offers the industry more than 40 years of experience and hopefully they will continue to have success in the future.
