Savills Investment Management has announced that it has seen an increase in its activity for the France/BeNeLux acquisitions to more than €300 million in 2016. The Savills IM company is also in the process of acquiring four new assets in retail and logistics. These new acquisitions are based in France and the Netherlands. The increase in acquisitions is more than double what they were previously.
