Surrenden Invest, a top property investment company, has had a successful 2017, sealing an impressive track record since its establishment in 2015.
Founder and MD, Jonathan Stephens, has expanded his business from the London headquarters to Liverpool’s financial district, where the residential property expert, Joanne McCormack, is heading up the new office. The office is located at 20 Chapel Street.
“I’m delighted to have opened Surrenden Invest’s first regional office in Liverpool during 2017,” said Stephens. “A local base allows us to better tap in to regional knowledge and expertise, while continuing to deliver a national and international property investment service. We plan to continue this approach during 2018 with the opening of a new regional office in Manchester,” added him.
Joanne’s vast experience includes 12 year in the valuation and appraisal of residential property and a track record in sales with 13 100% sold out developments, amounting to 2,000 units across the UK. Her focus for the last eight years has been on selling off-plan properties and she has also been involved in the student accommodation sector.
“We have seen how well major northern cities can perform with our extensive portfolio of investment opportunities in Manchester and now recognise that same potential in Liverpool. Now open, the Surrenden Invest Liverpool office will be the base for a team of new staff members and enable clients based in the North to visit the team with ease should they wish to,” said Joanne.
Amy Lawless will also be joining Joanne in the new office. They have been supporting each other in all aspects of the purchase and sale of units over the past four years. Amy’s main responsibilities will revolve around client management – communications, support, advice.
Surrenden Invest aims to deliver a fully supportive service, from pre-purchase through to exchange and completion, and thinks that Amy’s experience and skills to build rapport with clients, will see the company flourish.
