The Construction company has signed a contract with the council in order to get involved with the development of a new family friendly leisure centre in Morden. Morden’s new Leisure centre is expected to be finished by autumn next year, with work predicted to start next month. The contract was signed at the civic centre in Morden and was followed by a welcome party which was held in order to introduce the construction company to the borough.

Morden Leisure Centre is thought to be a great project for Pellikaan Construction Ltd as they will be able to use their expertise in order to create a modern leisure facility suitable for the whole family. Wie this new leisure centre is being developed, the existing Morden park Pool will stay open and the development has been set up in order to make sure that the residents of the borough will continue to have access to leisure facilities in throughout the building process. After the new Leisure Centre has been built, Morden Park Pool will be turned into an open green space.
Pellikaan has been working since 1947 and specialises in creating sport and leisure facilities. The new leisure centre in Morden will benefit from this wealth of experience and will no doubt be a success when it opens next year.
