Specialists in the design and manufacture of British-made bathroom furniture, ceramic ware and brassware, Imperial Bathrooms, announce the promotion of three valued team members into pivotal new roles within the company.
Former Product Design Engineer, Hannah Hart, is now Imperial Bathrooms Design & Technical Manager, with Sarah MacDonald promoted to Sales & Customer Service Manager, and Alison Burland, accepting her new role as Key Accounts Manager.
Hannah Hart, newly-promoted Design & Technical Manager explains: “I am extremely proud and excited to accept my new role at Imperial Bathrooms, developing my career in such a specialist field and increasing my areas of responsibilities to help coordinate and now manage, future design projects in the pipeline. Imperial Bathrooms is steeped in heritage, and I feel privileged to be an integral part of the process and continue to build and grow my expertise. My new position will see me provide direction and support across all technical aspects of a project, liaising between the design team and senior management in order to coordinate work and problem-solve.”
In her new position of Sales & Customer Service Manager, Sarah MacDonald says: “I have always had a passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond where possible, and given I am a highly driven salesperson, this promotion is recognition for what I’ve been able to achieve to date. My new role will hone my skills, with a keen focus on customer satisfaction, managing inquiries, developing new policies and procedures, in addition to staff coaching and performance monitoring to improve future sales and customer relations.”
Lastly, Alison Burland comments on her promotion to Key Accounts Manager: “Nurturing and sustaining excellent relationships is how we ensure our customer’s journey with Imperial runs as smooth as possible, a fact I pride myself on. I am therefore delighted to accept my promotion to become the new Key Accounts Manager, as it will help me build on this crucial aspect of the purchasing process and sustain future relations moving forward. I intend to do my utmost to advance those all-important customer connections and help to bring even more exceptional and finely crafted bathroom designs to our expanding client network.”
James Stevenson, Company Director at Imperial Bathrooms says, “Recognising talent is one of the many elements we excel in and care about, which is why we’re overjoyed to be in a position to advance the careers of three valued staff members and continue to grow our level of expertise in the marketplace. Part of our company’s ethos is cultivating our design and manufacturing values so that our products can speak for themselves and become the perfect vehicle for our workforce to promote and develop. Each new appointee thoroughly deserves their well-considered promotion, and I am confident that Hannah, Sarah and Alison, will continue to drive our bathroom products to the UK homeowner and take an enterprising approach to the promotion of our complete bathroom offer.”
