Both The Connaught II and The Knightsbridge II are available to purchase with Jones Homes’ Agency Assist scheme, which helps purchasers sell their existing property. With Agency Assist, Jones Homes will appoint an independent agent to value the customer’s current home. Once a valuation has been agreed upon, the developer will hold the buyer’s new Jones Homes property for a minimum of eight weeks while assisting with the marketing of their existing home.
The housebuilder will also pay up to £3,000 toward the homebuyer’s estate agency fees while liaising with the agents and following up with viewing requests.
