A peculiar flat featuring a dancing pole in the lounge and an array of royal family photographs adorning the bathroom walls is now available for rent. This basement property offers two bedrooms with bunk beds, suitable for up to 10 tenants.

The living room is adorned with striking red decor, including a sofa, armchair, rug, and a distinctive light shade. Neon signs, including one that reads ‘Live nudes’ and another stating ‘Open,’ are placed throughout the flat. Interestingly, there is a sign from the Health and Safety Executive, responsible for overseeing workplace welfare, displayed in the kitchen.

Notably, the bathroom walls feature portraits of members of the royal family, including Prince William, Prince Harry, Princess Kate, and the late Queen Elizabeth, along with a portrait of Meghan Markle in one of the bedrooms. Other famous faces decorating the walls include Margaret Thatcher, Freddie Mercury, and Marilyn Monroe.

This unique two-bedroom basement flat with a dance pole is available for a monthly rent of £2,950. Tenants are required to provide a £500 deposit to the landlord and commit to a minimum one-month stay. The property is situated in Brighton, offering views of the sea, and is listed by OpenRent.

Surprisingly, the listing specifies that families are welcome, as are pets, and the flat is considered “student-friendly.” Rent includes bills, but there is no garden or parking available.

The listing description reads: “We are proud to offer this delightful two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat in a great location. Property is offered furnished. Minimum tenancy is one month, and the maximum number of tenants is 10. Viewing highly recommended.”
