Two showhomes are to be launched this summer at a new housing development in Hugglescote. The properties will showcase two of the house styles that can be purchased on the 164-home site being built in the Leicestershire village by Bellway, when they open in July.
Bellway at Hugglescote Grange is part of the wider Hugglescote consortium scheme and will include a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses for sale, as well as 13 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.
The development, which is located off Grange Road, will be built in house styles from Bellway’s Artisan Collection, which are all named in honour of traditional crafts and trades. The collection represents the best in contemporary home design and was developed using feedback from Bellway customers about what they are looking for in a home.
Selected plots on the Hugglescote development were released for sale last month and the first of them have already been sold off plan.
The showhomes at Bellway at Hugglescote Grange are in the Lacemaker and Silversmith styles. The Lacemaker is a three-bedroom house over three floors. There is an open-plan living and dining area, a separate kitchen, two en suite shower rooms and a well-equipped family bathroom.
The Silversmith is a four-bedroom home featuring a spacious living room and an open-plan kitchen and family area, a formal dining room and an en suite to the main bedroom.
Fiona Bray, Sales Manager for Bellway East Midlands, said: “We can’t wait to show prospective buyers around these two impressive showhomes at Bellway at Hugglescote Grange.
“With open-plan layouts and great use of space, these Artisan homes have been designed with modern family living in mind. Our showhomes will give people a chance to visualise how the homes could work for them when they open for viewings in July.
“The Lacemaker and Silversmith are two very different house designs which reflect the variety of the properties we are providing at the development. The Lacemaker will showcase the benefits of three-storey living – something which is becoming increasingly popular because of the additional space and privacy that it affords.
“With properties already selling off plan within weeks of release, we expect that the high demand we have already seen will rise even further once our showhomes are open.”
A selection of three and four-bedroom homes are currently available at Bellway at Hugglescote Grange, with prices starting from £274,000.
