Bellway Cressing development- Construction work has now finished on the new homes at a development in Cressing, where just three properties remain for sale.
Bellway has completed work on all 118 homes at Avondale, off Mill Lane, a collection of 71 two, three and four-bedroom properties for private sale and 47 homes allocated as affordable housing for local people through shared ownership or rent.
With 68 of the private homes now sold at the Bellway Cressing development, including the development’s four-bedroom Walnut showhome, the final four houses available are all four-bedroom detached properties – two Churchill house types and one Elm design.
Now that construction is complete at the development, Bellway will provide a large play area near the entrance to the site from Mill Road.
