The final homes at a new development in Witchford are due to be released for sale.
Bovis Homes is building 128 new homes at Pemberton Park, off Field Lane, in the village near Ely.
This includes 90 new homes for private sale with 38 affordable properties for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Bovis Homes Pemberton Park features a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, and will create a large public open space with a children’s play area and a cycle path.
Laura Thomas, sales manager at Pemberton Park, said: “These new homes in Witchford have been popular with home-hunters, especially with growing families. The development has a distinctive rural feel with a focus on the outdoor lifestyle, with a lot of green open space ideal for picnics, family bike rides and dog walking nearby.
“Bovis Homes Witchford is just 16 miles from Cambridge, so people can travel to work in the city yet get so much more home for their money in Witchford.
“These commuters – and some occasional commuters – are getting the best of both worlds in a peaceful village location with great connections to the city. Of course, the proximity of Ely just three miles away is another major draw for the development.
“The release of these final homes represents the last chance to purchase a brand new Bovis home in Witchford and as demand continues to outstrip supply, we are expecting them to be snapped up quickly.
“We would advise anyone looking to move to the area to contact our sales team to find out more.”
There is currently a choice of three and five-bedroom homes available to reserve at Pemberton Park, with prices starting at £291,495.
