Charterpoint Group, the development company has been celebrating their tenth anniversary. The company was first created by the Chief Executive, Adrian Goose and Director Giles Nursery, in order to develop first class senior living accommodation as well as sustainable housing schemes and primary care premises.
The company prides itself on being able to understand, engage and the respond to their clients when working to deliver a variety of exceptional primary care premises as well as the first-class senior living accommodation and sustainable mixed use and housing developments. The company is based in Wheatcroft Business Park which is near to West Bridgford, Nottingham. Charterpoint Group first concentrated on delivering a range of development opportunities in Nottingham and the East Midlands region. Over time the company has managed to grow and now works across a wider area in the UK, with projects as far away as North Yorkshire in the North and as far South as Surrey.
Charterpoint Group was first created just before the recession hit, and this created a range of challenges for the development company. However, the company has overcome the obstacles that have been thrown at them and have successfully developed over the years, going from strength to strength. The company has been involved in a number of highly regarded projects during their decade in operation and also have a number of significant projects still in the pipeline. A key Charterpoint project include the popular River View Court in Wilford Lane, West Bridgford. This development was a finalist for the Best Retirement Development award at the What House Awards 2017. The development company has also secured planning permission for the 50-apartment McCarthy and Stone scheme which was revealed last year to be McCarthy and Stone’s most sought after retirement destination in the UK.
In order to celebrate their anniversary, members of the Charterpoint team had an away-day visit to London, enjoying a luxurious meal at Heston Blumenthal’s restaurant at The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.
