St William, a company that is a part of the Berkeley group has announced their new residential development. This development that has been planned for Elmswater which is located close to central Rickmansworth.
The naming and branding of this new project has been awarded to Columns. The branding tender was won by the company following a 3-way pitch. Columns designed the name and branding pitch for this development has been inspired by and integrated into the surroundings of the proposed development. Columns has managed to create an identity for the project that captured the essence of the tranquil setting.
The key theme of living in this naming and branding has been used throughout the marketing materials used by St William. This material includes advertising, video and a combined host and floor plan brochure for the project as well as hoardings.
There has been a positive reaction so far to the marketing suite as well as the brochure and the adverts used. Due to this strong reception the company has already seen 5 reservations, which were made at the first preview event. This is an amazing start to the Elmswater project and no doubt the development will continue to experience the same level of success. The Marketing Manager for St William, Lana Dunlop has also expressed that she is positive about the feedback that has come so far from the marketing used.
The Creative Director for Columns is Sarah Buttarazzi and she has said that it has been enjoyable to work with St William on this project.
