The Rosehips housing development in Malvern is now sold out as construction work at the site enters its final stages. Bellway is delivering 110 new homes at The Rosehips and the scheme is due to be completed next year when the final homes will be handed over.
The Rosehips, off Lower Howsell Road, is a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, including 66 properties for private sale and 44 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.
“The Rosehips has been an incredibly popular development with buyers, which is evident in the fact that all homes been sold before construction work is even finished. We launched The Rosehips in the summer of 2019, which means all homes have sold in just over two years, with the majority of transactions taking place during the pandemic. This reflects the high level of demand for new homes in the area, especially in desirable location like Malvern,” said Elaine Brown, Head of Sales for Bellway South Midlands.
Bellway is building a range of houses and bungalows at the Malvern development, which is an Artisan Collection development. The Artisan Collection is Bellway’s flagship range of housing that combines contemporary design with traditional craftsmanship to deliver the highest standards of modern living.
“The Rosehips was one of the first developments in the country to feature the new range of Artisan Collection homes and the response from buyers has been very positive,” added Elaine. “The variety of Artisan Collection house types and the high standard of construction at The Rosehips has appealed to a wide range of people, which has further contributed to the overall success of the development.”
