The first homes at a new housing location in Aylesbury have been released for sale. Vistry Group has released the first homes at its Orchard Green developments which are being built under the Bovis Homes and Linden Homes brand, off Armstrong Fields.
Bovis Homes is building 58 private homes at Orchard Green and Linden Homes will be building 57 private properties, with a further 23 homes provided as affordable housing across the scheme.

Vistry has a selection of four and five-bedroom homes available for purchase with the Bovis Homes brand and a variety of three and four-bedroom homes available with the Linden Homes brand, with a starting price of £415,000.
