The final homes have been released onto the market at the Archfield development in Warfield – and there is now only one property still available to buy. Vistry Group is building 52 homes under its Linden Homes brand at the development off Newell Green, where construction work is coming to an end.
Featuring a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments, the site has generated a great deal of interest since it launched in March 2020. Thirty eight of the 39 homes for private sale have already been reserved, while 13 properties have been allocated as affordable housing for local people through rent or shared ownership.
The last home available at Archfield is the three-bedroom detached Archer house type, priced at £577,500.
