The company works to deliver a dedicated service that leads to quality and sustainable results at a good value has announced that they are launching a new Contract Advisory service.
The new offering from Rider Levett Bucknall, or RLB will deliver a specialist advice service for customers and will cover a wide range of aspects including procurement and contract drafting, negotiations, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution. This service will be led by Aziz Mehtajee, who has joined RLB from Arcadia. Aziz has more than 25 years of experience working on a variety of construction projects carried out across a range of sectors.
The company have also appointed Karolina Grzegorek as a Senior Consultant. Karolina has also joined from Arcadis and in her previous role, she was involved in work with the Manchester Airport Group in order to procure £1 billion Manchester Airport Transformation Programme of works. Both Karolina and Aziz will no doubt be assets to RLB has they work to deliver this new service.
This new Contract Advisory service has been developed from the work that RLB have already been carrying out in this area and is a clear demonstration of the work that has been carried out by the consultants over the years to respond to and find solutions for their customer’s requirements. RLB have said that they are thrilled to welcome the Aziz and Karolina to the company and are excited for the work to grow their new Contract Advisory Service. The service has already begun working on a number of new commissions in the UK, such as the Mulbury City and the Centre for Environmental Fisheries & Aquaculture.
