The London Borough of Lambeth, Concept Housing Association, PA Housing, Settle Housing and The Guinness Partnership streamline property management services with Plentific
Plentific, the leading provider of real-time property solutions, has been adopted by five new social housing clients to deliver its connected property management platform, expanding the footprint of social housing properties across the UK managed on the platform.
The Guinness Partnership, one of the largest housing providers in England, has almost 70,000 across England. Founded as a charitable trust in 1890, The Guinness Partnership is committed to improving the lives of its 160,000 residents. Plentific will support The Guinness Partnership to enhance resident experience and streamline repairs and maintenance management, through automated workflows.
The London Borough of Lambeth is deploying Plentific to improve resident experience, alleviate maintenance backlogs and digitalise resident engagement across its 33,000-home portfolio. The Borough, which provides planning, social work, housing and school services to its 317,000 residents, will also work with Plentific to help tackle damp and mould issues in specific properties, bolstering the safety and quality of its housing stock.
Concept Housing Association, a not-for-profit social housing provider, has also selected Plentific to deliver a new operating model of repairs and maintenance for its supply chain. Plentific’s platform will boost the quality and safety of Concept Housing’s stock by streamlining the repairs process and providing access to a vendor marketplace for maintenance call-outs.
Additionally, Settle Housing and PA Housing, have each selected Plentific’s real-time maintenance and service delivery platform to improve resident engagement and bolster housing quality.
These latest partnerships add to Plentific’s existing strong portfolio of socially rented homes in the UK and cement its position as the property operations platform of choice for the UK’s social housing sector. In October 2023, Plentific announced that six prominent social housing providers managing a combined 150,000 homes, including The Hyde Group, had rolled out Plentific’s platform across their portfolios.
Plentific provides a single real-time platform connecting landlords and property managers with residents and tradespeople to create a frictionless and more responsive solution to household maintenance issues. The platform digitalises and streamlines household inspections, provides a real-time interface between landlords and residents, and uses AI to connect residents with the best local contractors at competitive prices.
Valdrin Rexha, Head of Income Maximisation, Resident Services at the London Borough of Lambeth, commented: “Plentific presents an innovative opportunity to tackle some of the systemic challenges faced in the sector. We are interested in seeing this technology in action, improving the quality of our assets and the customer experience.”
Lynsey Beckley, Director of Operations at The Guinness Partnership, commented: “Plentific presents an innovative opportunity for The Guinness Partnership, supporting our continued proactive approach to tackling the repairs and maintenance challenges we are all facing in the UK housing sector. In welcoming these clients, we see a significant expansion of our nationwide reach, providing thousands of UK social housing residents with access to our intuitive platform. It is encouraging and exciting to see an ever-growing number of social housing providers embrace the opportunities presented by AI and automation technology.”
