A company known as Gleeds has been commissioned by Danescroft Land in order to go forward with plans to manage a number of house planning initiatives inside the borders of the M25. An ambitious scheme that will involve the deployment of 275 million pounds, the initiative for the project is to be a key development to building more habitations in the Southern regions of the United Kingdom. The locations of Bromley-by-Bow, Hammersmith and West Drayton will be the first beneficiaries of the new development which Gleeds will contribute to by providing assistance to the developers of the area.
Financially aided by the Palmer Land Opportunity Trust, the Bromley area where the development will take place will involve the cooperation of the London Legacy Development Cooperation (LLDC) in order to achieve the completion date target that area has set itself. In Hammersmith, 2,000 square meters of current area used for office work will be converted into apartments for 53 different individuals. In an slightly different area, the West Drayton area will witness the destruction of the old site to be replaced by a grand total of 88 brand spanking new areas for residents to occupy. Indeed Mister Jonathan Stewart of Gleeds is very pleased that the collaboration with Gleeds is set to take place. He cited Danescroft Land’s considerable amount of experience in destroying and rebuilding new developments to improve the infrastructure of the local Southern area.
Furthermore, Gleeds’ frequent and regular dealings in the Southern regions of the UK would make them experienced to lead the way forward on property and development projects all over the area. As the directing force behind Danescroft Land, Mister Dominic Fryer explains, the amount of intended work in and around the area of the M25 will need a team of dedicated individuals who know the terrain well and are exactly aware of what they are doing: in this respect, Gleeds seem to be the perfect match for them.
