Cleaning services provider, Nviro, has been awarded a new three-year cleaning deal with the London Borough of Hounslow valued at £1.3 million per annum.
Nviro has been the west London Council’s cleaning services provider since October 2008, delivering standard and contract cleaning and specialist services in corporate buildings as well as schools across the borough.
Nviro managing director Brian Warren attributed the success to closely managed service quality, he said:
“I am incredibly pleased that we have retained the London Borough of Hounslow contract. This proves how vital it is to forge strong and lasting relationships with clients, and the part that formidable contract management (on and off-site) and a superb cleaning team has to play in executing top-end service delivery.
“We are all very much looking forward to working with the Council to achieve its objectives over the coming years.”
Nviro is responsible for cleaning in a diverse range of Hounslow locations from council offices and depots to children centres and leisure facilities. The Civic Centre and its contact site for public services see a footfall of around 160,000 customers a year, in addition to the council 2,800 employees. This multi-use site also houses a conference venue and a Victorian building used for weddings and civil partnerships at weekends.
The new contract will commence in September and comes with the option to extend for a further two years.
