LNT Care Developments has revealed that they are currently working on 25 active sites around the UK. The development company has also revealed that the company has presold all of the developments that are in their pipeline to a number of different operators. The operators that have purchased sites that form a part of the turn-of-key care facilities company include Barchester, Black Country Housing, Country Court Care, Oakdale and Sanctuary.
As part of the business’ success with their recent and future developments LNT have announced that they have appointed a new Land Director. LAURA Tilley has been announced as the new recruit and will join the expanding company as a part of their site finding team. It is also thought that when she carries out this new position, Laura Tilley will be enabling more site opportunities for customer operators.
At the moment the site finding team are working to try and find the right land to be developed in order to offer new facilities. LNT are working to find specified solutions for turn-of-key operatives that will work with the operators’ different growth or location plans. As part of her role, Laura Tilley will be mainly focusing on the South of England for opportunities for more developments.
LNT are working hard to from and build on the relationships they have with new or established care operators. In order to do this, it is important that LNT’s turn-of-key solutions meet any new or bespoke requirements. It is thought that by investing in their development team, the company will be able to better meet the requirements of their customers.
LNT’s expansion has been further boosted by the recent revelation that their sister company, Ideal Carehomes are intending to grow their portfolio once again. The connection between these two companies will deliver feedback for the operations in LNT’s developments.
