Following ISG’s successful multimillion projects to develop areas in the proximity of Heathrow and Reading, the company is now devoting its efforts to a new space for office use located in the vicinity of Croxley Park in Watford. Having recently earned itself a staggering contractual deal amounting to 13 and a half million pounds, the project will be coordinated and managed in collaboration with experienced Bell Hammer. Croxley Park itself will be the ideal location for this brand new development scheme, and at a not exactly modest size of 75 acres, it is a vital center for companies to devote business to in the North London area.
With more than 60 separate conglomerates setting up base there and with a workforce of two and a half thousand individuals, the area itself is a bustling and exciting environment for work and business that is also home to more leisurely facilities for staff such as a gym and food and beverages retail outlet. In order to qualify for a certification that awarding body BREEAM would be intensely proud of, ISG will use concrete for the framing of the structure in order to guarantee its strength and durability on every single floor of the structure.
Mister Graeme White of ISG has intimated that the controversial and much discussed issue of the building of a new runway along Heathrow Airport will mean that a number of offices and business space will be in demand, and the initiative to expand the amount of developments in Croxley Park are a response to the new influx of workers and commuters that is to be expected from the building and development of the runway. Mister White is confident that his firm’s commitment to building new and usable properties will increase the satisfaction of those based in the park and the project is a testament to ISG’s commitment to land development across the country.
