Park Lane Homes has been identified as an outstanding company and selected to represent the best industry practice in the 2016/17 Parliamentary Review. The Parliamentary Review has been published this month, marked by an annual gala at the Palace of Westminster.
The housebuilding company was first founded in 1990 and its team has a combined 100 years of experience in property, design and building. The company has a diverse portfolio of new build and conversions, the company focuses on the more select developments of luxury homes on sites across North and West Yorkshire.
It is great news that the company has been chosen to be a part of this learning tool that highlights best practice for the public and private sectors in the UK. The editions of each Parliamentary Review is sent to over half a million leading policy makers and demonstrates how leading companies in a range of sectors have responded to a range of challenges that they have had to face in the political and economic environment.

The house building company has been recognised as one of the country’s most hard working companies and it is a credit to the company that they have been selected for this year’s Parliamentary Review.
The Review creates a platform that allows for improvements across the industry, offering a range of different solutions that may not have been considered by other companies. This platform that is created by the Parliamentary Review then allows for innovation to spread across the industry, and leads to progress.
At the moment, all of the work in progress by Park Lane Homes has been sold off plan, and the company is working towards pre-Christmas handovers. The luxury house building company will them begin the development of a luxury detached home in Collingham, with further plans for semi-detached and detached homes in Boston Spa in the Spring of 2018.
