Andrew Henry Interiors anniversary – This spring, Andrew Henry Interiors is celebrating its 15th birthday and to mark the occasion the award-winning design studio is supporting local Bristolian charity, PROPS Café Project. The anniversary milestone month also signifies continued growth for the business, with a key new appointment, an exciting new business expansion and several notable project wins. After 15-years of success, Andrew Henry Interiors is reflecting on the past whilst preparing for future growth and further accomplishments.
The success of Andrew Henry Interiors is a result of keeping ahead of trends, leading the way with innovation and the team’s deep-rooted client-first culture. Growth has seen the dedicated team complete over 1000 show homes since 2007, including the recent ground-breaking sustainable show home at Newland Homes’ zero carbon Ryves Vale development in Tickenham, Somerset and a stunning show home for Brookworth Homes The Hamptons development in West Horsley, Surrey.
Additional recent pitch success includes a show home for PG Group’s flagship Ilsham Grange project in Torbay and for David Wilson Homes at Abingdon, both installing this summer. Andrew Henry Interiors’ continued expansion means their trademark expertise can be seen right across the country. The business has also experienced an increase in demand for private client residences over the past two years. These interiors are meticulously designed to the highest standard by Luxe, the bespoke luxury service by Andrew Henry Interiors. This extensive and outstanding work has also been recognised with award victories including the UK Property Awards for its Camden House project near Sevenoaks in Kent.
PROPS café project will support adults with learning difficulties by teaching them vital life and social skills to gain greater independence. Currently in development, the café, exhibition and meeting space will offer drinks, food and products handmade by trainees. Commenting on the 15-year anniversary, Andrew Henry, Director of Andrew Henry Interiors says: “I am incredibly proud to be celebrating the 15th birthday of our company. The business has grown at a steady pace, emerging strongly through the pandemic and achieved recognition as leaders in our field. I am grateful to my talented team for making this all possible and it has been wonderful to mark this occasion by also working with local charity, PROPS, and donating items of furniture and artwork to help them kickstart the café initiative. It is a great feeling to give back and support PROPS in a practical way, learn more about the inspiring work they do and the brilliant people making this happen. We look forward to seeing the charity flourish and thrive.”
Demonstrating the business’s continued growth, Andrew Henry Interiors has recently recruited new talent; Gemma Pope as Head of Design. Splitting her time between managing the talented designers and heading up designs for Luxe, Gemma is set to be a brilliant addition to the team. After studying Interior Architecture at Oxford Brookes University, Gemma developed an interest in spatial awareness and the relationship between user and design, which she has utilised to form her career. Gemma comments: “My passion for interior design is based on the importance of our homes; it is where we showcase our personality and a haven we should enjoy. A great interior is uplifting, inspiring and can transport you to a different place or headspace. I strive for all my clients to feel this.”
Gemma brings a new dynamic to the Andrew Henry Interiors team and has 12 years of expertise specialising in show homes, high-end private client design, project management and styling. Gemma has a personal interest in natural textures and colours and collecting artefacts from around the world. Gemma adds: “I’m looking forward to maximising the talent of the design team to achieve continued success for the company and am delighted to join the team at such an exciting time.”
This period of achievements is also elevated by a brand-new venture; the launch of Thread and Dandy, a soft furnishings service bought to both the consumer and trade market by Andrew Henry Interiors.
