Chiltern Place, the name of this residential development that has reached its practical; completion is located on the site of a former 1960s office block. The architects for this development, PLP Architects ensured that their design of the building echoed this previous use while still delivering luxury property in a desirable and central location. Chiltern Place is located near to the Marylebone High Street and helps to meet the demand for high-quality residential stock in this area.
The 15-storey development will offer a new architectural reference point for this area of West London and all of the companies involved are incredibly proud of the work that has gone into this project so far.
