It was announced in March that the full service construction firm, Decorean will start work on a £20 million residential redevelopment that is located in Alton Mews, Aylesbury. It is thought that the development will be made up of 72 properties that are a mixture of one and two bedroom flats. The flats in question will have their own parking and are expected to be finished to a high specification.
The top finishes for the flats will be representative of Decorean’s main company statement, which is ‘dedication to perfection’. The plan is that the properties will be completed and on sale for the autumn/winter 2017. It is thought that the flats will be priced at approximately £270,000.
