Linden Homes North West has revealed that only two properties left available on their Belle Vue Street site. The housing developer has had success with the first phase of their Grace Gardens Development. The Award Winning developers have also revealed that they have had a number of early reservations for properties on phase two of their development, Crossley Street.
The development project is spread out over two sites in Gorton, Manchester and are located in an area of Greater Manchester that is close to the A57. These prime location projects will consist of 62 properties that are all a mixture of two, three and four bedroomed houses that are either semi-detached or detached. The first round of completions on the properties are expected in the next few months.
The properties are priced starting from £149,995 and are aimed at young families and professionals that work in Manchester city centre or in the surrounding areas. The buyers will be able to choose from four different signature styles of Linden Homes which are The Arun, Avon, Dee and Calder. These four designs are all carefully designed and offer double off road parking spaces as well as landscaped private gardens. Also on offer are complimentary carpets for those who reserve a property early.
It is thought that all the properties in the development are backed by the Government’s Assisted Move and Help to Buy schemes. Help to Buy is a government scheme that has been created in order to assist both existing homeowners and first time buyers. The equity scheme is backed by the government and works as an equity loan of up to 20% of the property price can be obtained, which will mean that buyers will be left with a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage. Buying a house is difficult in the current economic climate, so the help from the government through these schemes could open up the ability to become a homeowner to a much wider group of people.
