The residential sales and lettings agency Lawsons has announced that it will be merging with the national franchise Concentric in order to form a super agency. It is believed that by merging the companies will be able to combine their traditional high street expertise with a modern hybrid firm that will lead to a wider range of services offered in their online and offline presence.
Lawsons was first established in 1990 and has been working to deliver top-end services for the landlord community in the West Midlands. The company will be merging with the Wolverhampton branch of Concentric Sales and Lettings. Concentric Sales and Lettings is a national franchise that was founded by Sally Lawson in 1990. The company has worked to help investors purchase more than 450 properties as well as le more than 6,000 homes. For a number of years, both Lawsons and Concentric have been able to offer a consistently excellent range of project management services to both landlords and tenants. The companies both have the same senior management and client accounting teams.

It was announced that Lawsons has left their existing premises and in an attempt to safeguard their employees’ jobs they have been given the opportunity to move to the Concentric branch. The agency will now be able to offer a larger range of services to their customers.
