St James, a leader in urban regeneration developments and member of The Berkeley Group has announced it is using Aconex solutions in order to manage the construction of three new schemes which will make up the Albert Embankment Plaza. The new plaza is located on the South Bank of the River Thames. The plaza includes The Corniche and Merano Residences. These developments are expected to be completed in the early stages of this year. There is also another section of the development called The Dumont.
These three mixed use developments will be able to offer more than 300 high-specification living places, as well as 26,747 sq. ft. of office space 11,650 sq. ft. constructed for retail and restaurant space. The buildings have been designed by some of the world’s leading architects. The developments will have shared underground parking and will have art installations, water features as well as landscaping. These features will be part of a new plaza.
Each of the three buildings are being constructed as separate projects by different features. The development will be using Aconex in order to improve their work efficiency.
